With 94% of career-seeking students receiving one or more job offers on graduation day, over 13,000 alumni can testify to Les Roches’ impact.
Les Roches is one of the world’s leading hospitality business schools. With campuses in Switzerland, Spain and China, you have the opportunity to study around the world. You will benefit from a global community where over 100 nationalities come together to learn with – and from – each other, and this extends to international internships and immersive business field trips with the biggest names in hospitality.
For many this journey begins with the Bachelor in Global Hospitality Management. Through the program, students aged 18+ are taught how a hospitality business works from the inside out. Our curriculum covers critical operations functions, marketing and sales, and accounting and financial management. Our teaching also focuses on the soft skills that distinguish the most effective managers. You will discover the secrets of great leadership, including problem-solving, communication and talent management.
Whilst a comprehensive academic education is the bedrock of the Bachelor programme, at Les Roches we teach both the theory and the practice of hospitality. In your first, Practical Arts semester, you will gain hands-on experience in all the key hospitality departments and roles. You will experience the pace of working in service, the pressure of the kitchens, and the attention to detail needed in the rooms division.
Internships are a core component of your Les Roches education, with two professional six-month postings integrated within our Bachelor program. You will develop your resourcefulness and discover the secrets of the best, and most innovative, hospitality companies. We will help you secure internships that match your ambitions and personality, and you will be fully supported throughout your internship experience. Additionally, over 300 employers visit
Les Roches’ campuses every year to find talent.
