About the digital fairs
Due to Covid-19, the Student fairs Norway will be held digitally in 2021. The fairs will be available for all schools in Norway and both exhibitors and visitors can safely participate without travelling. We already have 50 000 pre-registered visitors and expect a higher total number of visitors than ever before!
When and where?
The digital fairs will be held in 6 different regions during January and February 2021. You can choose if you would like to participate at all fairs or at selected fairs/regions only. You can find an overview of the regions, dates and opening hours here.
The deadline for registering is 5 November. Please find registration form here.
How does it work?
Exhibitors participate online from your own home or office, with PC/desktop or tablet. You will build your digital stand beforehand by logging in to your own admin page. The stand can contain information and material such as film, links to downloadable material, text and pictures along with functions such as chat, video meetings, livestreams and webinars. You can find more information about stand solutions and content here.
All exhibitors will be exposed
Included in the digital stand is a presentation film which will be obligatory for all visitors to watch. This means that your institution is guaranteed exposure in the Norwegian target market. Read more about the presentation film here.
The Student fairs will now become available for visitors from all over Norway. Schools that were previously unable to visit the physical fairs due to travel distance, can now participate digitally. The potential number of visitors is therefore much higher than before. We already have 50 000 pre-registered visitors (as of 15 October) and we expect a higher number of total visitors than ever before.
All schools will be invited to the fair in their own region and will be offered free group participation through the student advisors. The fairs will be held during school hours and the visitors will be allocated specific time slots to ensure even distribution and capacity. The fairs will also be open for other groups such as older students/adults and job seekers. All visitors must pre book a ticket and timeslot.
Visitors will be prepared
Visitors will be able to log in and access the digital fair well in time before it opens. This will allow them to register their details and interests as well as get to know the fair platform and exhibitors in advance. We will send a comprehensive preparation plan to the schools beforehand, to ensure that the students are well prepared before they visit the fair.
Collaboration with Saco student fairs, Sweden.
We have developed the platform for the digital fairs in collaboration with Saco student fairs in Sweden. They will arrange the Swedish digital fair in November this year and the experiences from this will be useful when planning and organizing the student fairs in Norway in 2021.
You can take a sneak peek at a video from Saco here which illustrates how the digital fair in Sweden will look like. The platform for the Student fairs Norway will be similar with some modifications and changes.

The digital fairs will replace the original fairs/cities stated in the brackets. Please note that students from the entire region will visit the fair, not only from these cities.
