Below you will find an overview of the prices for participation with a basic stand in each region, and the prices for additional content.

All prices are quoted in NOK. VAT is not applicable for foreign exhibitors.

Extended presentation film – 30 seconds: 4900, – NOK per fair
The presentation film is an important part of the digital fair. The film will be shown to all visitors in an obligatory film sequence and will also be easily visible on the front of your digital stand. Standard length of the film is 20 seconds, and this is included in the basic stand. You can choose to extend your presentation film to 30 seconds at an additional cost (4900, – NOK per fair). In order to allow students to prioritize their interests and avoid spending too much time on the film sequence, they can skip to the next film after 15 seconds (if your film is 30 seconds). We recommend that you make an interesting and informative film that will quickly grasp attention.

The presentation film is an important part of the digital fair. The film will be shown to all visitors in an obligatory film sequence and will also be easily visible on the front of your digital stand. Standard length of the film is 20 seconds, and this is included in the basic stand. You can choose to extend your presentation film to 40 seconds at an additional cost (9900, – NOK per fair).  In order to allow students to prioritize their interests and avoid spending too much time on the film sequence, they can skip to the next film after 20 seconds (if your film is 40 seconds). We recommend that you make an interesting and informative film that will quickly grasp attention.

Channels: 3900,- NOK per channel / per fair
A channel can represent a specific program or subject area within your institution. This gives you the opportunity to provide more detailed information about the programs you offer. A channel can also present other areas such as ‘Student life and activities’ or other campuses/places to study.

Extra lines for chat: 1900,- NOK per line / per fair.
1 line for chat is included in the price for a basic stand at each fair. If you would like more than one representative to operate the chat function at the same time, you can order additional lines. 

Extra lines for video: 1900,- NOK per line / per fair.
One line for video meetings is included in the basic stand at each fair. You can choose to order additional lines if you want several representatives to have video meetings at the same time. You will obtain an account for each line your order (Zoom or simliar).

Webinars: 2900,- NOK per webinar / per fair (15 minutes).
One mini-webinar which can last for 3 minutes is included in the basic stand. If you wish to have other webinars with longer duration (maximum 15 minutes), this can be ordered additionally. A webinar doesn’t have to be a traditional lecture where you do a presentation in front of the camera. It can also be a promotional video for your institution or other videos/films that you think will be of interest for the audience. All webinars must be pre-recorded and will be available on demand for visitors both during and after the fairs.

The digital fairs will replace the original fairs/cities stated in the brackets. Please note that students from the entire region will visit the fair, not only from these cities.
