We wish to help all exhibitors to succeed at the fairs. Here are some suggestions for how to plan your participation for successful results.
Student ambassadors
We highly recommend that you use student ambassadors on your stand who can share their own experiences with potential new students. Our own reseach among visitors, show that they strongly value the opportunity to speak directly to current (or past) students who have first hand experience with the place of study and educational program.
Meet the students with a smile!
Many students may be shy and insecure about what they should say and ask about. Be proactive, meet them with a friendly smile and ask them some questions to get the conversation started!
Activities on stand
Competitions and activities are always popular and will attract people to your stand. Perhaps you can let the visitors test out something that you offer at your institution? (exciting technology, IT or design programs, music / arts etc.)
Design and furnishing
We recommend that you furnish your stand to make it inviting for the visitors and easy to start conversations. Tall tables and bar stools are convenient and easy to move around according to your stand setup.
Suitable stand personell
The stand personell can make a very important impression of your insitition at the fair. Knowledgeble staff that can answer any questions and also provide information about your city/place of study is important.
