Participation with physical stand
With a physical stand, you will obtain direct contact with the audience and can talk to them face to face about the programs you offer. Here you can provide useful information, answer questions and register contact details from interested students.
When participating with a physical stand, it is also obligatory to participate digitally in the same region. This means that you will become visible for students who visit both the digital and physical events.
Stand equipment and services
When ordering a physical stand, only floor space and walls are included in the stand hire. Equipment for the stand must be ordered additionally. We offer practical equipment packages which can be ordered during the registration process. Alternatively, you can choose to order the stand equipment you prefer via the complete electronic ordering form for equipment and services which will be available during autumn 2021.
The stand equipment packages includes the following items: front sign, electricity, power socket, spotlights, carpets, one high table, two bar stools, one brochure rack and a waste basket.

For the physical fairs, you may need transport services to bring your own materials and equipment to each fair. We recommend that you use our transport provider Timing Transport for this purpose.
Sending materials to Norway
You must arrange the shipment of your materials from your home country to Norway with an international forwarder of your choice. Please note that it is not advisable to send materials directly to the fair venue. There are no service providers in place to handle this prior to the fair, and your materials may get lost. We recommend that you send your materials to our office/storage in Trondheim instead where we can receive and sign for the packages. Timing Transport will bring your materials to each fair and deliver promptly to your stand. Please note that this service will be charged.
How to order transport services:
- Fill out the Transport order form and send it to email@example.com by 1 December 2021.
- Attach the Transport labels on your packages before shipment (two labels on each box/item to ensure visibility).
- Fill out the Proforma Invoice and hand this over to your forwarder at the time of shipment.
- Make sure that your packages will arrive at our office in Trondheim by the specified deadlines for the fairs you are attending.
Please note that any costs relating to VAT or customs clearance that may occur in relation to your shipment, will be invoiced after the fair period.
Deadlines for the 2022 fair period:
Make sure that your materials will arrive at our office by the following dates:
- Lillestrøm, Kristiansand and Sandefjord: 1 January (preferably before Christmas).
- Stavanger, Bergen and Ålesund: 15 January
- Trondheim, Bodø, Tromsø and Oslo: 1 February
Returning of goods abroad
Please note that Timing Transport cannot return any goods back to your country after the fairs are over. They can only handle your goods while in Norway. We recommend that you contact an international forwarder if you wish to return any goods to your home country.
Storage of goods after the fair period
Timing Transport can store materials after the fair period until next year if you are planning to participate at fairs in Norway again the following season. Please contact us to arrange this.
We negotiate preferential rates for exhibitors at selected hotels in each city. We choose hotels with close proximity to the fair venue and/or public transport. Information regarding booking and hotels for the 2022 fair period will become available here during autumn 2021.
