Student fair Western Norway
24 – 25 / 26 – 27 January 2022
As an exhibitor at the event, you will meet thousands of prospective students from the entire region. This time, the fair will be a hybrid solution – a combination of digital and physical fairs which will incorporate the benefits from both types of events.
Dates and opening hours:
Monday 24 January: 09.00 – 15.00
Tuesday 25 January: 09.00 – 14.00
Wednesday 26 January: 10.00 – 15.00
Thursday 27 January: 09.00 – 15.00
Participation with digital stand
Participation with a digital stand is obligatory for all exhibitors. With a digital stand, you can communicate with the audience in several ways. You create your stand via the exhibitor portal which you will gain access to after registering. Here you can add films and information materials, use functions such as chat and video calls, and register the contact details for new leads. Read more about digital stand here.
Participation with physical stand
In addition, you can order a physical stand in Stavanger and/or Bergen. With a physical stand, you can talk to the students face to face, answer questions, and offer useful information about your institution and programs. Read more about physical stand here.
Hybrid solution – how does it work?
In the exhibitor portal you will gain full overview of the statistics and enquiries from visitors at both types of events. All students can easily ask for more information and leave their contact details on your stand. This applies when they participate both digitally and physically. You will therefore get a good overview of the response and can follow up all enquiries easily.
Flexible and safe
By participating digitally, you will be available with your information in a cost-effective way in the entire region. If you would like additional exposure, you can also participate with a physical stand. If the physical events cannot be held due to the pandemic situation or if you cannot travel to Norway due to potential travel restrictions, you are already prepared with a digital solution. This ensures that you, in any case, will be able to reach your target audience in the region. Exhibitors will be exempt payment for the physical stand in case of the above mentioned-scenarios.
The fairs are free and available for everyone who are interested in education and careers. All schools in the Vestland and Rogaland counties will be invited and offered free group participation through the student advisors. The schools will register for the type of event which is most suitable for their students with regards to travel distance. The fairs will be held during school hours and the visitors will be allocated time slots to ensure even distribution and capacity. We will also invite other groups to visit the fair such as students from folk high schools, older students at university level and others who are interested in further education and career opportunities.
Exhibitors that participate at the Student fairs are Norwegian and international universities, colleges, high schools, private and public organisations, and companies.
